This time of year, holiday greetings and salutations are plentiful. And, for good reason. It’s the season for sending well wishes and joyous messages, for reflecting on the past year, and for looking ahead to what the New Year may bring.
2015 was a year of continual growth and change. P&A celebrated being 40 years young. Our headquarters got a makeover, complete with fresh new colors and layout to embrace our increasing workforce, coinciding with an exciting time of development and expansion in the Buffalo region.
We focused many hours on planning and determining how we can continue to enhance our participants’ user experience. We discussed and executed and discussed some more. With innovation and strategy at the helm, our IT and Project Management teams navigated new waters and landed on some great new developments that we can’t wait to share with our clients and participants. (A coming attraction for 2016!)
Among our new endeavors, we also began new relationships with some trusted vendors, like our new partner FSA Store, the “one stop shop” for exclusive eligible FSA products.
Most importantly though, 2015 brought us the chance to strengthen our relationships with you, our respected clients, participants and brokers. Your trust in us is invaluable and allows us to keep serving the employee benefits community. Whether you are a renewing customer or beginning a new relationship with us, we at the P&A Group want you to know how much you’re appreciated.
