With nearly three decades at P&A Group, Julianne serves as Vice President of Operations, overseeing Reimbursement Account Services, Group Insurance Services, and the Participant Support Center. A strategic, results-driven leader, she is recognized for driving operational excellence, building high-performing teams, and creating scalable systems that enhance efficiency and client satisfaction. Working closely with HR, Julianne helps shape and reinforce P&A’s culture, emphasizing a growth mindset and fostering opportunities for employee development at every level. She leads initiatives to streamline operations, strengthen compliance, and elevate the overall customer experience. Known for her collaborative approach and commitment to continuous improvement, Julianne plays a key role in advancing P&A Group’s operational strategy and long-term success. A graduate of Buffalo State University, Julianne is also a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
