Doug Costa is P&A Group’s Chief Financial Officer, a role in which he leads all aspects of the company’s financial operations including financial planning and analysis, accounting, treasury, AP, payroll, tax and mergers and acquisitions. He is a senior leader with over 25 years of experience in the healthcare sector as a board member, investor, executive, and management consultant. Doug is also an Operating Partner at Lincoln Liberty Capital, a next-generation healthcare services and technology investment firm whose mission is to build exceptional businesses that allow for a better healthcare experience for all Americans. Prior to joining P&A Group and Lincoln Liberty, Doug held various executive roles including Operating Partner at Varsity Healthcare Partners, Enterprise Chief Financial Officer at Cancer Treatment Centers of America and President/Chief Operating Officer of Steward Health Care Network. Earlier in his career, Doug worked in the healthcare advisory practices at PricewaterhouseCoopers and Deloitte Consulting, and in strategy, finance and operations roles at United Healthcare, Aetna, Beth Israel Deaconess Healthcare and Mass General Brigham.
Doug received his BS in Marketing from Bentley University and his MBA from the Stern School of Business at New York University. When not spending time at P&A’s offices in Buffalo, NY, Doug, his wife and son reside in Dallas, TX.
