National Sales Executive

Pay Range: $75,000 - $140,000

Are you a strategic, relationship-driven sales leader with deep knowledge of employee benefits? Do you thrive on uncovering client needs, presenting impactful solutions, and growing revenue year over year? If so, you may be the next National Sales Executive to join our team.

In this high-visibility role, you’ll promote and sell our third-party benefits administration products and services nationwide. You’ll leverage your industry expertise, strong broker partnerships, and customer-centric approach to identify opportunities, close deals, and contribute to long-term client satisfaction and retention.

As a key contributor to our growth strategy, you’ll collaborate closely with internal teams, influence product development, and help shape marketing initiatives that set us apart in the marketplace.

 

Key Responsibilities

  •  Identify prospects and present tailored product/service solutions
  • Develop market strategies and maintain a strong sales pipeline
  • Conduct outbound outreach, follow-ups, and cold calls
  • Build and maintain broker partnerships
  • Stay current on industry and competitive trends
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
  • Prepare sales proposals and assist with forecasting and planning
  • Support product development by sharing market insights
  • Train and mentor Marketing Service Representatives
