Are you passionate about helping people and delivering exceptional customer experiences? We’re looking for a Client Support Specialist to manage and support employee benefit plans, including FSA, HRA, HSA, DCA, Parking, Transit, and Lifestyle/Wellness programs. In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring our clients and their employees have smooth, accurate, and timely plan administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service and support to clients and participants.
- Assist clients in understanding plan documentation and compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with sales and new business teams to improve client experience.
- Prepare client reports and reconcile administrative data accurately.
- Monitor payroll files and ensure timely deposits and recordkeeping.
- Investigate and resolve client and participant inquiries, escalating issues as needed.
- Perform IRS non-discrimination testing and internal operational audits.
- Maintain accurate records and keep management informed of any critical issues.
- Support cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
