Client Support Specialist

Department: Reimbursement Account Services
Status: Full-time (hybrid)
Pay Range: $18- $22/hour

Scope/Impact

Are you passionate about helping people and delivering exceptional customer experiences? We’re looking for a Client Support Specialist to manage and support employee benefit plans, including FSA, HRA, HSA, DCA, Parking, Transit, and Lifestyle/Wellness programs. In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring our clients and their employees have smooth, accurate, and timely plan administration.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service and support to clients and participants
  • Assist clients in understanding plan documentation and compliance requirements
  • Collaborate with sales and new business teams to improve client experience
  • Prepare client reports and reconcile administrative data accurately
  • Monitor payroll files and ensure timely deposits and recordkeeping
  • Investigate and resolve client and participant inquiries, escalating issues as needed
  • Perform IRS non-discrimination testing and internal operational audits
  • Maintain accurate records and keep management informed of any critical issues
  • Support cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery
