As part of Health Care Reform, the Patient-Centered Outcomes Research Instituate (PCORI) has added a fee to certain health plans, which is due by July 31 of the calendar year following the close of the plan year. PCORI fees for plan years ending in 2014 are due by July 31, 2015.
