  • Develop sales initiatives that attract new prospective employers to P&A Group
  • Follow up on sales leads and provide proposals as needed
  • Establish new broker/consultant relationships and maintain existing relationships
  • Provide thorough technical benefit consultation to prospects, clients and broker/consultant partners
  • Enter sales activities into CRM
  • Meet annual sales goals
  • Cross-sell to existing clients
  • Conduct informative sales presentations to employers and broker/consultant partners
  • Navigate the sales process from start to finish


  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent industry experience
  • 5-10 years of experience with FSA, HRA, Commuter, HSA & COBRA a must
  • Strong written and organizational skills
  • Available for travel
  • Ability to comprehend technical information and effectively communicate it to others
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Thorough working knowledge of MS Office products
  • Able to thrive in a team environment as well as independently
  • Available to work from home
